How quickly can you respond?

Most inquiries are answered the same day. Urgent placements are typically handled within a few hours by phone at 954.531.6760.

Are candidates background-checked?

Yes. Every candidate is personally screened by Heidi, reference-verified, and background-checked before being presented to a family.

How does the referral and placement process work?

Every family begins with a private consultation so we understand your household, schedule, and the qualities that matter most. We then hand-select candidates from our vetted network, coordinate interviews, and support you through the offer and onboarding — quietly and at your pace.

What is included in the placement fee?

The one-time placement fee covers the full search: personalized matching, in-depth interviews, verified references, FCRA-compliant nationwide background checks, work-authorization review, and offer & contract guidance. Every package also includes our replacement warranty.

Is there a deposit to begin the search?

Yes. A $500 retainer deposit reserves your search and is credited toward your final placement fee. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within an active search.

What if the placement doesn't work out?

Every package includes a replacement warranty — 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months depending on the tier. If the role remains unchanged and you notify us within the warranty period, we conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee.

Do you handle payroll or hourly wages?

Wages are paid directly by the family to the professional. We provide current market rate guidance and can recommend trusted household payroll services on request.

How discreet is the process?

Discretion is standard. Searches are private, candidate materials stay within your household, and every professional we present has been personally referred or vetted. NDAs are available when requested.
