Agency Professional Candidate Contract — Heidi's Helpers, and any affiliated agencies connected with Heidi's Helpers — Premier Nannies Florida

THE AGENCY CHARGES THE CANDIDATE ONE (1) FULL WEEKLY SALARY based on the weekly salary agreed upon in the original job description and final employment agreement. Whatever final weekly salary amount is agreed upon between the Agency, the Client and the Professional shall become the Candidate's Agency placement fee upon successful hiring.
