Heidi's Helpers Service Agreement
This Agreement is made this date: between Heidi's Helpers, Inc. and the Client. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the obligations of the parties with respect to the hiring of a Domestic Professional(s) presented by Heidi's Helpers, Inc. to the Client.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement, it is hereby agreed as follows.
The placement process begins when the registration fee of $500.00 is paid. Registration fees are non-refundable. The registration fee is not part of the final agency fee please review our fee schedule prior registering. $500 dollars of the registration fee will NOT be added back to the final agency fee.
Heidi’s Helpers, Inc., will seek out selected qualified domestic candidates for the client.
Heidi's Helpers, Inc., agrees to help the Client negotiate reasonable employment terms, i.e., salary, starting date, daily duties and expectations, days off, vacations and benefits.
All interviews are scheduled through the agency. Please provide agency staff, time and place of interviews. Once a domestic is selected, a one-half day trial shall begin to assure selection of domestic was satisfactory.
At that time, the agency will issue an invoice via email you may pay through Venmo or Zelle for domestic. The Agency or all fees shall be paid prior to domestic returning for 1st day of work.
Heidi's Helpers, Inc. conducts nationwide criminal conviction reports of all Domestic Professionals that request to have Heidi's Helpers, Inc., engage in and seek out employment for said Domestic. Heidi's Helpers, Inc., employs the services of an independent third-party investigative firm to conduct all nationwide criminal conviction reports. (Employment agencies can only offer criminal conviction reports to Clients during hiring process. This is in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act). Heidi's Helpers, Inc., agrees to provide the results of nationwide criminal conviction reports to Clients upon request.
Upon hiring a Domestic Professional candidate presented by Heidi's Helpers, Inc., the Client agrees to pay Heidi's Helpers, Inc., an agency fee that is non-refundable prior of starting domestic date. Please refer to the Fee Schedule Page for pricing of Full Time and Part Time Domestics.
At any time, if agency is asked to supply temporary help for any reason for a New Client or Returned Client, An Agency Temporarily Flat Fee will be billed. This fee shall be paid prior of domestic starting date, you should pay your domestic directly. Agency shall receive Temporarily Placement Fee by Venmo/Wire Transfer or Zelle code: 954-531-6760. Client is solely responsible to pay their Permanent/Temporarily domestics directly.
Placement Fees or any fees paid to Heidi’s Helpers are NONE-REFUNDABLE. In the event payment is not received within or prior of /1st day Employment Date, the "Placement Fee" will be raised to three weeks salary and collection process will begin immediately.
Placement Fee must be paid in full prior or within 1st day of Employment Date, Heidi's Helpers, Inc. guarantees the placement for 6 consecutive months from the Employment Date ("Guarantee Period") Client will have a 6-month replacement rotation if your replacement qualifies. If domestic is not performing the job at your satisfaction, and your job description remains the same you qualify for a replacement. If Heidi's Helper's Inc. is notified by the Client within the Guarantee Period that a Domestic Professional supplied to the Client has proven to be unsatisfactory to the client, then Heidi's Helpers, Inc., will resume the placement process/agreement for no additional placement fee, with available domestics we have at the time of the request. Should Clients received Domestic from a pool of candidates offered up by friends, family during guarantee period, agency will freeze account and the rest of the guarantee can be used for the following 6 months from commencement of original employment date.
Six months Replacement Guarantee will be voided if details on your family application are altered during and after placement.
The Federal HIPPA protects the privacy of all domestics.
During the process of staffing/replacing a domestic, should a conflict arise, a third-party review committee of unbiased opinion, will investigate all work product. Upon completion, the agency will react in writing to the recommendations set forth.
The Client is solely responsible for final selection and hiring of Domestic Professionals.
During commencement of trial day/ start date of said domestic, presented by Heidi's Helpers, Inc., the Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heidi's Helpers, Inc. and its agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, orders, decrees, actions, proceedings, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including without limitation, court costs and attorney's fees arising from or relating to any violation of law, loss of life, damage or injury to persons caused by or based upon the domestic professional's conduct occurring in connection with and while in the employment of the Client.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral and written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by each of the individual parties hereto, as of the date first above written.
